Welcome to Aus Cig Supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WooCommerce online store and purchase of goods from our physical retail premises situated at Shop 1/123 Vincent St, Daylesford VIC 3460, Australia, operated by Jackie ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing this website, registering an account, or purchasing cigarettes, fine-cut tobacco, cigars, or smoking paraphernalia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related store policies (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy).

Our products are intended strictly for adult consumers aged 18 and over:

• Age Warranties: When creating an account or placing an order, you represent that all information supplied is truthful, complete, and accurate.
• Verification Checkpoints: We reserve the statutory right to request proof of age (such as an Australian Driver Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card) prior to order processing. We also enforce Adult Signature on Delivery across all carrier dispatches.
• Prohibition on Behalf of Minors: Purchasing tobacco or smoking accessories on behalf of any minor is strictly illegal under Australian law. Orders suspected of proxy purchases for minors will be cancelled without notice.

Aus Cig Supply retails authentic commercially packaged cigarettes, roll-your-own/pipe tobacco, premium handmade cigars, and smoking accessories:

• Mandatory Plain Packaging & Health Warnings: In compliance with the Tobacco Plain Packaging Act 2011 (Cth), all tobacco products are sold in standardised, plain drab dark brown packaging with mandated graphic health warnings. Brand representations on our site are strictly descriptive and non-promotional.
• Product Availability: All sales are subject to physical warehouse inventory. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on WooCommerce, we reserve the right to decline or refund any order if stock has become depleted or subject to supplier quota restrictions.

All pricing displayed on our WooCommerce storefront is denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD):

• GST & Excise Inclusion: Prices are inclusive of the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and applicable Commonwealth customs/tobacco excise duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise catalog prices without prior notice to reflect statutory tobacco excise indexation increases mandated biannually by the Australian government.
• Payment Methods & Security: Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout via our accredited payment gateways. All card information is processed using PCI-DSS compliant tokenisation; we do not store customer card details on our servers.

Delivery operations are conducted strictly within Australia from our Daylesford premises:

• Estimated Delivery Times: Shipments typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days nationwide via Australia Post or accredited domestic carriers.
• Free Shipping Threshold: Standard domestic delivery is provided free of charge for orders of A$100.00 or more (calculated post-discount, inclusive of GST). Orders below this threshold incur calculated flat-rate shipping fees at checkout.
• Signature on Delivery & No ATL: To ensure compliance with age restrictions, parcels cannot be left unattended ("Authority to Leave" is expressly prohibited). An adult (18+) must sign for the consignment upon delivery or collect it from the local postal outlet.

Our returns framework balances customer flexibility with strict health and safety standards:

• Unopened Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery provided items remain in their original, unopened condition with all manufacturer seals, excise stamps, and cellophane intact. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
• Excluded Opened Items: For public hygiene and safety reasons, unsealed cigarettes, opened tobacco pouches, and lighted/fueled pipes or lighters cannot be returned.
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or modifies non-excludable consumer guarantees under schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.

When using our website or registering a customer account on WooCommerce, you agree not to:

• Provide fraudulent, misleading, or counterfeit identity details or age verification documents.
• Resell, export, or redistribute purchased goods in violation of Australian Commonwealth or state laws.
• Engage in automated scraping, malicious attacks, or activities that impair website performance or checkout systems.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel pending orders, or refuse service to any person engaging in unlawful activity or breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aus Cig Supply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
